This warm, faith-centered family is seeking a long-term Family Assistant who will become an integral part of their active and loving household. With three young Boy (6 years), Boy (4years), and Girl (4 months) — the family values strong routines, time outdoors, and creating a peaceful, organized environment where their children can thrive. Mom works in IT with a primarily work-from-home schedule and some in-office days, while Dad works in real estate with a flexible yet demanding schedule. They are closely connected with extended family in town and have appreciated the support of daycare and relatives over the years, but are now seeking a consistent, personality-aligned caregiver to grow with them for the long haul.

The ideal candidate is warm, emotionally attuned, and deeply nurturing, with a strong understanding of children’s relational and emotional development. This family prioritizes raising kind, grateful, and responsible children. The nanny should feel comfortable supporting a home culture that leads with love, balanced with clear boundaries and structure. The parents believe that discipline, when needed, should be delivered with patience and compassion, and they hope to find someone who can confidently balance authority with warmth.

Boy (6years), is thoughtful, kind, and thrives with structure. Initially, Boy (4 years) will remain in daycare, allowing the nanny to focus on family assistant tasks and gradually transition the B(4 years) home over time as. Responsibilities include grocery shopping, running errands, restocking pantries, unloading the dishwasher, light meal preparation, organizing seasonal clothing, assisting with birthday parties and gift wrapping, and noticing and addressing household needs proactively.

The family maintains a highly organized home with clear systems in place, and they are looking for someone who appreciates structure, works well within organized environments, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.

The nanny should be comfortable driving the children to school, activities, and outings, including trips to the pool, zoo, COSI, and other local attractions, as the family holds memberships and values experiential learning. Limiting screen time is important to them; they prefer to replace screens with outdoor play, creativity, dance parties, and imaginative fun — though they embrace balance and occasional movie days when children are sick. Summers may include time at their Lake Erie home, and the family would welcome a nanny who is open to traveling with them, though they are flexible if the nanny prefers to focus on home organization projects during that time.
