The relationship we build with our nannies continue after placement. We organize nanny events, classes, and provide resources throughout the year. - Pre-screened assessment

- In person interview with the agency owner to get to know you better

- Social media check

- Reference check

-CPR-first aid verification

- We will send you families we feel are a great match for you

- We schedule interviews with potential families

- A family offers you a position- we will help with salary negotiation as well as your terms
  of employment with a contract

- On going support – Even after you are placed, we are here to support you and answer
   any questions you may have. We will also keep you informed of any events The Nanny
   Avenue has for our nannies.
