In January, the schedule will change. The hours needed will be between
8am-6:30pm. This will be discussed in advance as time gets closer to January.
This family considers themselves to be active, silly, on-the-go, and busy. They are seeking a nanny/family assistant. Mom is home most days and the nanny will work very closely with her. Mom is looking for a teammate - someone who can be her "right hand". She does not drive and will on occasion need to be driven to doctor's appointments, children's activities, etc. The nanny will be responsible for transporting children to/from school and extracurricular activities. While the children are in school the nanny will take on the role as family assistant. The family will need help with light housework, family laundry, dishes, errands, grocery shopping, sending emails, phone calls, helping organize children's schedule etc. They also have a small dog (non- shedding). The nanny will also be responsible for walking/feeding the dog. Their ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, is proactive, and has strong organizational skills.
They consider their parenting style to be gentle while firm. In their free time, they enjoy going to the movie theater and attending baseball games. They are huge fans of Chicago Cubs and and love traveling to baseball games! They also enjoy traveling to sight see while also spending time together at home. They are seeking a long-term nanny/family assistant that will grow with their family for years to come. They view their nanny as part of their family and are looking forward to gaining a new family member.
