This family is seeking a compassionate and experienced night nanny to support them as they welcome their baby, due March 11th. They would love to have help begin as soon as possible, though they are flexible on the exact start date. The primary need is for three nights per week, with openness to additional nights for the right candidate. The typical overnight schedule will be approximately 9:00 p.m. to 5:00–6:00 a.m., totaling 8–10 hours per shift.

The nanny will be responsible for overnight infant care, allowing the family to rest while ensuring the baby is safe, soothed, and well cared for throughout the night. Mom plans to wake to pump and breastfeed, so the nanny should be comfortable supporting this routine and assisting as needed. Responsibilities will include bringing the baby to Mom for feedings, settling the baby back to sleep, washing and sanitizing pump parts and bottles, and maintaining an organized overnight care space.

Mom will be returning to work the first week of June and would like continued overnight support during that transition. The ideal candidate will have prior newborn experience, be calm and dependable, and bring a reassuring presence to the home during these early months. They are looking for someone nurturing, knowledgeable about infant sleep and feeding rhythms, and respectful of a mother’s breastfeeding goals. Strong communication skills and reliability are essential.
