A warm, kind-hearted, and laid-back family is seeking a full-time nanny to join their busy, loving household and provide exceptional care for their two young children: a bright and curious 3-year-old girl and her infant brother. The family values open communication, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children. They are looking for a nanny who is not only experienced in both infant and toddler care, but who also brings enthusiasm, warmth, and creativity to each day.

The ideal candidate will be engaging and proactive—someone who loves planning fun, educational activities, crafts, and outings that encourage learning and exploration. A strong communicator who is comfortable working in a multi-generational home is essential, as the family will be living temporarily with grandparents during their transition from New York City to Columbus. The nanny should be flexible, respectful, and comfortable being part of a collaborative and family-oriented environment.

Fluency in Hindi is a huge plus, as the family would love for their children to continue learning the language. However, English speaking skills are required. The nanny should be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to take direction well, follow routines, and maintain a consistent nap and sleep schedule for the children.

Daily responsibilities include school drop-off and pick-up for the 3-year-old (who attends a three-hour program each day), keeping the children actively engaged, supporting early reading and writing skills, and helping the youngest reach developmental milestones. Light housekeeping is expected, including laundry for the family, preparing and cleaning up kids’ meals, tidying common areas and play spaces, and managing dishes related to the children.

The family values punctuality and is seeking someone who arrives and leaves on time, maintains a clean and organized environment, and takes initiative where needed. They enjoy being outside, cooking, and spontaneous dance parties. Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and willing to follow any recommended health precautions and screenings.
