The ideal candidate will have substantial infant experience and feel confident supporting feeding, diapering, naps, soothing, and early developmental routines. They are looking for someone who truly enjoys loving on a baby and who brings a calm, reassuring presence to the home.

Clear and proactive communication is especially important, as one parent works from home and nurses during the day. The family values a nanny who is confident collaborating with parents, open to feedback, and comfortable adjusting as they work together to find the best flow. Reliability, sound judgment, and flexibility are essential qualities, along with the ability to maintain a predictable rhythm while adapting to the natural changes that come with infant care.

In addition to newborn care, the nanny will assist with occasional school pickup and provide light play engagement for their 4-year-old daughter during a brief after-school transition.
