Mom works a 9–5 schedule in an office, while Dad works remotely with access to a co-working space and has some flexibility in his hours. The family hopes to find someone who could stay until their daughter begins school, with the possibility of expanding care as their family grows. Avoiding daycare is a priority, and they are looking for a nanny who can provide consistent, individualized care in a nurturing home environment
